CNES space science programme

The scientific community charts the future course of France’s space science programmes every four to five years at CNES's science survey seminar.

Every year, CNES solicits research proposals from scientists for inclusion in the agency’s science programme.

Scientists are also involved in the various committees charged with assessing projects (subject matter groups, CERES, TOSCA and the CPS).
