Step 1: Down-selection
For each job opening posted, we down-select a number of candidates. If you’re among them, you’ll receive a call from one of our recruiters to discuss your motivations and expectations.

Step 2: Operational interview
This interview is an opportunity for us to meet you and discuss your future missions, and to ascertain whether you’re qualified for the post and a good fit for our agency’s culture.

Step 3: Management interview
A second management-level interview allows us to compare points of view and confirm our choice—because choosing between talented candidates isn’t always easy!

Step 4: Job offer
Congratulations! You’ll now finalize things with your recruiter and sign your contract.

Step 5: Arrival & induction
Welcome to CNES! You’ll receive personal mentoring during the first months in your new job and soon attend our onboarding seminar.
