French astronaut Arnaud Prost will take part in his very first space mission in 2027, aboard the future Haven-1 station.
Arnaud Prost has worked as a diver, a military pilot, and now an astronaut: the ocean floor, the sky, and space are extreme, demanding, and risky environments that require teamwork.

As a child, I dreamed about exploring the oceans, living underwater, and traveling to another planet. I was inspired by the adventures of Commander Cousteau and the books of Jules Verne and Saint-Exupéry. I hope this space mission will also inspire young people to explore.
