Director of Accounting

Sandrine Cazé graduated from Kedge Business School in 2002, specializing in accounting and auditing.
From 2002 to 2008, she worked at the financial auditing firm KPMG, where she led audit and consulting assignments for mid-sized and listed companies. In particular, she assisted CNES in preparing for account certification and implementing internal controls.

She joined CNES in 2008 as an expert, before becoming manager of the central accounting team within the accounting services department in 2010. In this position, she contributed to reducing closing times, optimizing accounting operations, and centralizing liquidity management. She also played a key role in setting up the management of the Future Investment Program (PIA).

Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in the dematerialization of expenditure flows and the modernization of accounting processes. In particular, she has been responsible for improving the reliability and security of cash flows by strengthening internal control systems and supporting the digital transformation of financial circuits in order to ensure better traceability and increased risk control.

In 2016, she was appointed senior accounting management expert and then, in 2023, deputy director of accounting services.

She was appointed director of accounting services in December 2025.
