    Pour quelques mois, nous, Terriens, ne pouvons plus envoyer de messages à Voyager 2, la sonde légendaire qui est sortie du système solaire en 2018 en emmenant à son bord des enregistrements de Stravinski et Chuck Berry, entre autres. La reprise des commandes est prévue pour janvier 2021, si tout se passe bien.

    Charles Elachi, the iconic Director of NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) is set to retire on 30 June 2016. To mark the occasion, members of the international space community gathered at JPL in Pasadena, California, to pay a warm tribute to its Director of 14 years as well as to the laboratory that he joined 45 years ago.

    Monday 11 April, CNES President Jean-Yves Le Gall met Charles Elachi, Director of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), at its headquarters in Pasadena, California. This latest meeting provided the opportunity to review the status of ongoing and future joint endeavours, notably the Mars exploration, space oceanography and Earth-observation programmes.
